The dashboard lists every saved assessment by client name and assessment date. Finding last quarter's review for a specific client is a matter of scanning the list — not searching a shared drive, guessing at file names, or asking whoever ran it where they saved it. Each record shows its overall score, its completion progress, and a cloud badge when it's synced, so the state of the whole portfolio is visible at a glance.

A slot counter shows how many cloud assessments you've used against your plan's limit — 10 on the free plan, 100 on Pro. Sign in on any device and the portfolio is there; nothing depends on a specific laptop or a specific person's file system.

The Same Yardstick for Every Client

Every assessment covers the same 68 areas across four domains — Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Operations, and Governance — with each area rated on a fixed four-level scale: S4 Strong, S3 Adequate, S2 Limited, S1 Priority. Because the questions and the rating language are fixed, a 62% at a law firm means the same thing as a 62% at a manufacturer, and two different technicians reviewing two different clients produce results you can put side by side.

Scope exclusion keeps those comparisons honest. Mark an area out of scope — a client with no on-premise servers, for example — and it's excluded from the scoring math entirely rather than dragging the number down for infrastructure that was never in play. The score reflects the environment that was actually assessed.

Every assessment generates its report automatically: a cover page with your logo and the overall score ring, domain-level score bars, facing columns of strengths and priority areas, and a per-item table of the findings and recommendations you captured while scoring. Export to PDF straight from the browser's print dialog and it's ready to hand to the client.
